WorkMode app for iPhone and iPad

**Workmode only works with an accompanying employer account**

Mobile devices are an essential tool in the workplace but can pose a safety hazard when used in the wrong situations (for example, on a dangerous construction site). WorkMode ensures your team can coordinate safe use of devices together.

Employers invite their employees to use WorkMode to facilitate team safety when using personal mobile devices on the worksite. Safety officers or other managers are responsible for inviting and managing employees on the platform.

The app is installed on employee phones and counts how much time is spent on the mobile device on a job site and during work shifts, sharing this information with both the employee and the employer safety manager. Employee safety and privacy are our top concerns and information about what apps are used on the phone other than WorkMode is never captured or shared.

WorkMode only counts usage when an employee is physically present on a worksite, during a scheduled shift. When WorkMode is not active, it displays some information about the employees phone usage over recent days, to help users become more aware of their own habits.

WorkMode is launching with a select group of businesses in early 2019.
